Side Hop

Side Hops are a great way to help your coordination,stamina and speed

before you do this exercize please remember to have tape or else you will not be able to finish the exercise.

To do this exercize you will need to lay your tape striaght and on the floor just two pieces then hop into the middle of the tape then hop to one side and back to the middle and then hop to the opposite side you just hopped finally do it until you get too tired or land on the tape.
